　　Marcie has been with us since someone left her in a box outside the cat hospital in june. She had been very fearful and hissy for a long time. But with our volunteers working with her- she has become a purr machine-- esp around food. She has no teeth but will eat anything and everything!!

　　Her meow is like she has been a smoker her whole life- raspy and a bit demanding. She has won the hearts of all of us and we think thatshe is now ready for her own home

　　We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
