My story

　　Hey, I'm Mango, and I'm just as sweet as the fruit. I'm a 14-year-old diabetic orange tabby who's been at Cat Care Society for over 200 days. I watched many of my friends get adopted recently but am still waiting for my new home. I often am overlooked because I'm diabetic, but the good news is that I'm currently in remission and my diabetes has been maintained through a special diet. Before going into remission, I took my insulin very well and would continue to do so if I need to take it again in the future. I know managing this health condition may seem like a lot of work, but I'm a really easy-going and low maintenance kinda guy. I just want to spend my golden years in a loving home that appreciates consistency and routine. I've won over the heart of everyone at the shelter, so please take a chance on me and I'll be sure to win you over in no time. All I really need is a cardboard box to lay in and I'm yours! Have I mentioned I'm great with kids and other pets? ;)
