My story

　　The sweet, snuggly señorita! Hola, amigos! My name is Alma. I’m a 4-month-old Labrador Retriever mix… need I say more? On top of being pawitively adorable (if I don’t say so myself) I’m friendly, cuddly, and a bundle of fun, weighing about 25 lbs! My momma was recently rescued south of the border and lucky for me, I got to tag along for the ride. Now that I’m in tip-top health and old enough, I’m ready for a casa and familia of my own! I’m an outgoing girl who gets along with pups and people, little niños and niñas too! I haven’t met any cats, so I’m not sure about them. I love wrestling with my bigger foster siblings and being part of the pack. In true puppy fashion, I have plenty of energy that I like to take out by playing with my pals or toys. Even though I’m an active pup, I’m also a total lovebug. I’m an all-star snuggler and love being loved! I’m doing very well with my training and I’m almost there with bathroom 101. I do great on the leash and love getting out for walks! I can be pretty playful and energetic, but I’m also a good listener. I don’t get any separation anxiety, although I prefer having company! My ideal furever home is one with a loving hooman who is willing to continue my basic puppy training. I would also love a buddy to play with. If I sound like the snuggly señorita for you… you’re right! I pawmise you won’t regret it!
