　　This big overstuffed cotton ball is White Lightning, a very bold name! He's a very bold, lively guy! Lightning is a large Maine Coon mix (we think he's a mix, maybe with Flame-Point Siamese), approximately 4 years old. Lightning is a very gentle, laid-back guy, just like a typical Maine Coon. He can be shy at first, but warms up better when he isn't overwhelmed. He's much more confident after he adjusts to his new environment. He is very friendly, and as gentle as a lamb. He's been great with gentle children. He isn't a fan of dogs, but coexisted peacefully with a couple while he was in foster care. He's sociable with other cats, but is first and foremost a human-lover and would do well as an only pet. Lightning absolutely loves attention! Back or belly rubs, ear scratches, tv time in the living room, nap time. . .any time is his favorite time to hang out with his best friends! He's looking for new, permanent best friends now, so please stop in at our cat adoption center or contact us to meet this handsome guy!

　　Our flat adoption fee is only $75, a fee to help defray a fraction of veterinary costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Vet records are provided to adopters. Read up on our adoption process .
