My story
Mae Bella is an affectionate, amazing, very high energy dog, about 7 months old.
She was rescued from a difficult situation and was emaciated and very sick.
With a quick vet visit, she soon recovered fully. Mae Bella thinks that every dog should be her playmate!
She loves to run, race and wrestle in her yard.
She can play tough and tumble!
She knows a pet door, though still hasn't quite learned that all business should be outside.
Other than when at hard play, she is not a barker. Mae Bella has a long lean build.
She needs to eat a lot of food, to support her growth and sustain her naturally high energy level.
She adores her people and responds well to instruction.
When it's time to rest she wants to be close to her people, and then wants to snuggle with her people in bed at night.
She does know her name. .Though she very much dislikes it, Mae Bella is crate trained, but only for short periods of time.
She has not shown destructive behavior in her foster home. She still affectionately jumps up on her people.
She is large and quick enough that she could easily knock down small children and vulnerable adults.
She would benefit from professional dog training. Mae Bella will need a large very secure yard to run off her high energy, and an active doggie playmate to assist in channeling her energy.
A pet door would be most helpful. Mae Bella is an amazing dog, ready to give and receive lots of attention, love and devotion; participating as an active member of her household
