My story

　　Hi! I'm Madrae and I was rescued from a abandonment situation with my puppies. My babies have been weaned and now I'm ready to find a forever home. I'm very sweet and love attention. At this time the ghhs staff isn't sure how I do with other dogs or cats. I previously lived as an outside dog and unfortunately didn't receive heartworm prevention, because of this I have tested heartworm positive. I have started my treatment and ghhs will provide me with what I need to ensure I'm a healthy girl.

　　Due to Madrae's positive heartworm status she does need remain in the Huntsville Metro until her treatment has been completed.
