My story

　　We're still getting to know Lyonnaise, but what we've found out so far has a lot of expectations for a little guy. He has a gorgeous striking smoke fur coloring, and though shy and concerned in new situations or meeting new people, he's willing to get over these concerns quickly when the right treats or toys come out. He likes to explore and is very curious. Not a huge believer in boundaries, will make himself at home where he feels like it. He is currently sharing a home with two other foster cats (Mighty Mouse and Honey Bunny) and two adult cats. He typically sleeps with Mighty Mouse in whatever cat bed has been chosen for the day or on the sofa and can often be found at the bottom of the kitten pile, enjoying the snuggly warmth or clambering across the top of it, disturbing everyone.

　　He's a kitten, so of course he likes to play, play play. Lyonnaise and Mighty Mouse have developed quite the friendship during their time in foster together and they love to tease each other, play together, and cuddle.

　　Lyonnaise is one to attack the tails of everyone around him, so though he's not always making friends, he's definitely getting noticed! Subtlety is not his strong suit. When intrigued, he will spend a lot of time on his hind legs trying to be as tall as possible and get a better view. He would do better in a quieter home, and needs his kitty companion Mighty Mouse to keep him company.

　　Kittens are bundles of love! Their personalities develop over time so we can't tell you exactly if this kitten will become a lap cat, a social kitty, a kneader, etc. Part of adopting a kitten is recognizing that they are babies and you will get to see first hand how their wonderful natures develop!

　　Prior to adoption, all kittens are spayed/neutered, tested negative for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. Note that most of our kittens under age 5 months need to be adopted with a buddy.
