Big, stylish couch upholstered in a luminescent, smooth material with ivory & & burgundy floral damask on a sage green background. Was $1200 brand-new, has constantly been in a clean/smoke-free house, no discolorations. It has a high, padded back with arms and a length ideal for the majority of individuals to set on. Consists of 2 accent pillows with fringed edges. Measures 88" long x 38" deep x 37" tall. The only thing is ... it needs brand-new legs. It formerly had some flimsy 'spindle' type legs on it which broke after a few moves, so it would most likely do better with some 'pillar' design legs with a larger base, which can be found in house improvement stores or online and could be simply screwed on in simply a few minutes. There is a skirt along all-time low of the sofa so the legs won't be extremely noticeable anyhow. I'm asking $200 for the sofa but I may want to negotiate. I likewise have a basic red and black microwave that came from Walmart that I 'd such as to do away with. Functions perfectly and is in good, clean condition. Initially $60, so I 'd take $35 for it.
