Luke is a big lovable four-year-old puppy. He has tons of energy and loves to play, especially ball. He loves to snuggle on the couch in the evening and is affectionate toward people.
He gets along great with female dogs, particularly ladies of his own size or larger.
He will romp and play as long as theyll play along!
Luke has been in foster care with some amazing humans for the past three months.
They would keep him except they live a more relaxed lifestyle than Luke seems to prefer.
If hes not getting enough attention and exercise, he will self-entertain in typical Husky ways: stealing and chewing personal items like glasses and shoes or even creating a potty accident to get your notice.
He also does other fun Husky things like digging and counter surfing.
Haha!
However, he was a blank slate when he came into rehabilitation and has made progress in so many areas! He is crate trained, will walk reasonable on a Gentle Leader, has learned to stay off the bed when uninvited, overall manners and boundaries, and is no longer afraid he will miss a meal.
Luke will enjoy an active home that loves to run/walk with him and play for hours.
He has such potential to be someones absolute best friend once trust has been established and you show him the ropes.
He will do best with children over 12 and will not be good with cats or small animals in the home.
