Luke 27972's story
Luke is a 3-year-old male Doberman Pinscher who has already been neutered. He is a gorgeous fellow who has the classic black and brown coat of a Doberman. Luke currently weighs 62 pounds and he is gaining weight. This guy came to PAHS as a stray who was underweight and he has slowly gained weight while under our care. Luke is high energy and loves to play. This frisky boy gets along well with the other dogs at the shelter and would be fine in a home with children. It has been indicated 'special needs' on his bio because Luke is being treated for heart worms. He will be finished with his heart worm treatments and become available for adoption March 13th. If you would like to meet Luke you are welcome to come to the shelter to visit with him.
Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
