My story

　　Lucy is a 3-year-old Black Lab/Pit mix who has already been spayed.  She was brought in as a stray by County Animal Control.  As you can clearly see in Lucy's pictures she has not had good care in the last few months.  She has a black coat with white markings but she does have some skin issues that we are addressing.  She weighs 55 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized adult dog.  Since Lucy is a stray, we are still learning about her.  We believe she would be good with children.  If you have another dog we would like to schedule a 'meet and greet' with your dog to assure that both dogs would get along well together.  Lucy is a sweet and calm girl who just needs a loving and patient owner.  Bless her heart.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $75 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $35 (as long as funds are available). Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.
