Lucky's story
Lucky is the unfortunate victim of another obstinate landlord's bias toward dogs in general or perhaps toward a particular breed. The landlord said he had to go, so he has ended up in the shelter. Lucky is a sweet boy, and since he was turned in to the shelter by his owner, he is available for immediate adoption. When I first met this little guy, he reacted to me with a bit of fear and trepidation, but he warmed up to me quickly enough and promptly revealed a very playful nature. Lucky spotted a ball lying in the yard that had been there for days, ran to retrieve it, and, in no uncertain terms, let me know what he wanted me to do with it. He absolutely loves to play fetch with a ball, and he knows what 'get the ball' means. Lucky is very attentive, and obedient, and he is a well behaved and affectionate sweetheart. His very handsome dark brindle coat and his happy face combined with all of his other great qualities make this boy a special opportunity for some lucky family.
