Lucifer is a 4 month old kitten born around September 20. Thusly named because when I captured his litter (siblings Brumhilda and Butterscotch) he was wild and spitty. But he has developed into an extremely friendly kitten who is a super attention seeker! He gets excited when you make kissy sounds because he wants to be pet, and he pushes his head into your hand so you will pet him more. He can rough house, and will bite you if he gets too excited, so he is not recommended for a first time cat household or for a home with small children. He also takes his medicine without so much as blinking an eye, he is a wonderful trusting boy now. He like to snuggle but typically sleeps in his old warm blanket away from the bed at night.
He has cute little bobcat-like paws that hold claws that threaten danger when he pulls your hand closer to play more. He is very friendly with the other kittens and also the dogs. He is extremely playful, so he must be adopted with a sibling and we recommend his new home can handle rough play.
He has been exposed to feline calicivirus and feline herpes and will likely be a carrier for these feline viruses so the best home for Cheeseball will be a home with no resident cats other than one of his existing siblings, so these viruses do not spread to any other cats.
Cats with feline herpes may exhibit symptoms or flareups ranging in severity, randomly or in times of stress throughout their life.
