This is a Souvenir Spoon by BUCHERER OF SWITZERLAND.

　　This is an early-edition silver-plated variation (later years are stainless steel). It has the ROLEX CROWN logo at the top of the handle and below this "ROLEX ", and the name "LOCARNO" appears on the handle. The spoon "bowl" has the scene from the city of Locarno. Again, this is an older variation (pre-1970) and is no longer issued.
