　　This sweet young lady is Lila, a 10-month to 1-year-old female retriever/Labrador mix.

　　She has a pretty tan almost blonde and white smooth coat with radar ears! She weighs around 36 pounds now but still has a bit more growing to do so she probably will get to about 45 pounds when full grown.

　　Lila was pulled from our local animal shelter where she had been dropped off as a stray.

　　She had been down there over 2 months with no one coming to claim her.

　　Lila is a very happy, loving dog that is so friendly and so wants to be with you!

　　She has a lot of puppy energy but will settle down nicely. She loves to play with toys and would make a great walking/jogging partner. Lila does seem to play well with other dogs and tends to be the more submissive dog.

　　She will probably be too big for apartment living and will require a fenced-in yard if left outside any unattended.

　　Lila should be fine with children 10 and older, not younger just due to her still being a bit jumpy.

　　We have started on her crate training.

　　Lila is up to date on her vet care, spayed, heartworm negative and microchipped.

　　When she was spayed they noticed her spleen had been shredded from a possible old injury so it was removed but that is not a serious health issue.

　　Lila is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention.

　　If you are looking for a fun dog to get you out and about, Lila is the girl for you!
