I have close to 20 years experience in residential, multifamily and commercial construction with the last 9 years owning / operating Toby White Construction in Sioux Falls SD. I have built new homes and remodeled or put additions on existing structures. No project is too small. I am just as happy with the $250 project as I was with my largest project of 2.4 million. I specialize in remodels and figuring out ways to do projects that others usually over look. I pride myself on being professional and giving each customer the quality they deserve. I am 13 years married with three Little girls and understand the importance of being able to trust people in your home. I manage my projects closely and require references and or background checks from any subcontractor I use. I will not let anyone work on my projects that I would not let work on my own home. I recently obtained my Certified Building Contractor License for the state of Florida and in Collier County. I own enough tools and equipment to operate several projects at the same time.
