Lexie is very bonded to her sidekick, Blu and the two must be adopted together. They moved from New Mexico this week. Lexie and Blu will remain Sidelined for a while due to their severe anxieties and fears. These were hoarded dogs and have had no socialization of any kind. Their beauty makes it even sadder that they have lived like this for so long. They stick like glue to each other at all times and will not allow human approach or they will run and hide. This is going to be a very slow and intense process to earn their trust. Our dogs are temporarily housed in pre-screened, loving foster homes while waiting their new forever home. They are also micro-chipped, groomed (if needed), and given a thorough professional veterinary exam to identify any health issues or potential issues.
