My story

　　Leon is a 3-month-old male Shepherd mix. This handsome young guy has a black coat with very pretty white and tan markings. Leon came to PAHS as a stray from a neighborhood in Prattville. Sadly, his owner never came looking for him so now he is available for adoption. Leon is a typical puppy--full of love and fun! He would be great in a home with children and other dogs. We will tell you that Leon is a live wire! He is quite active and playful but that's nothing a nice fenced yard and children to play with won't fix. We believe the dynamic Leon will be a medium sized adult dog who will weigh between 30-60 pounds. Come and meet Leon soon--he is sure to greet you with a wagging tail!Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
