　　The main exercise on the 1150 is the very popular leg-press, which also offers a calf raise. But there is more here than meets the eye; an ingenious seat-back design "pops-up" to become a support for a first-class preacher curl. Returning the seat back allow the user to perform tricep extensions.

　　Because it's designed to be a freestanding piece, as well as an integral component of the 2850, it allows you flexibility in configuration. You can even use it in a separate room if you desire.
