These are located in New Castle, PA. My parents are looking to downsize. These couches were purchased 1 year ago and have been well kept. No animals in the household. These are in like new condition. Purchased for $2500 1 year ago and letting them go for $1500. Have to stay firm on the price as these are practically brand new. The recline function in fully electric and there are 4 recliners in total. They are brown brushed leather and are washable and stain resistant. Will need help moving them out of the house. I warn you, these things are heavy. No help will be available on site to move them. The backs come off and the sections separate, so they can be moved in pieces.
