We are altering room colors and not require our couch and loveseat. It is extremely sturdily made, no splits, but does have some spots where it has worn. The couch is very functional and still has a lot of life. The couch actually has a fold out bed. We haven't used it for several years, so not sure it still works or not. Lot for $200.
