It's all solid mahogany with carvings throughout the entire front. Look at the information on the base, with the claw foot and the used sculpting. The fabric is a red with brass antique tack or gimp highlights. It has acanthus carving throughout the back, front, gooseneck arms and feathery base with goose claw feet. The total size is 31 inches broad on the exterior of the arms, 21 large on the within, 19 inches deep, 35 inches high to the back, and 20 inches high to the seat.
