The only thing that's wrong with it is a little tear on on of the straps which you can probably see in the photo. (Nothing to stress over.) It's extremely protective. I had a 17 inch laptop computer and it fit snug and perfect! Smaller ones can of course fit with some extra space! It has a slot for your phone on the side. Text/Call.
