There is also a place underneath the top tube that is roughly 1 inch diameter, where the paint is rubbed through completely from a bike rack strap. The seat post is not frozen and moves freely. The stem is 125 mm long with a -6° drop. The bars are 3TTT Zepp XL bars in a 44 cm center to center with. The tires are 700 x 23C Vittoria Zafiro, Pro’s with good tread. The frame measurements are the bike has a 59 cm top tube a 197 mm head tube. The seat tube is 58 cm center to center or 60.5 cm center to top of collar. Chainstay length is 41.75 cm. The steerer tube length is 290 mm. In the full bike photo, the saddle height is set at 76.5 cm or 30.25 inches. The measurement from the tip of the saddle to the top dead center of handlebar is 57.8 cm or 22.75 inches. The bars are 3.5 cm lower than the saddle .
