　　Lance came to PEAC because his elderly owner passed away, and family members didn't know the best way to care for him so turned to PEAC for help.

　　He's a fun, cuddly little guy - even enjoying laying on his back in his foster's hands.

　　Lance also steps up for everyone he meets - so rare especially in adult parrots.

　　He whistles and chirps and mumbles some words as well.
