My story

　　Hi there, I'm Lafayette, and I've made the journey all the way from Texas to find my perfect forever home. Let me introduce myself!

　　I'm a sweet little girl with a gentle heart, though I do tend to be on the nervous side. My favorite pastimes include snuggling up with my beloved humans and playing with dogs who are similar in size to me. However, larger dogs can sometimes make me feel a bit overwhelmed.

　　To help me blossom into my best self, I believe I would greatly benefit from the company of a confident older dog who can show me the ropes, or perhaps some puppy training classes to boost my confidence.

　　If you're willing to provide a patient and loving environment where I can learn and grow, I'm ready to shower you with all the love and affection I have to offer.
