Lady's story

　　Lady is a senior girl that requires some time to get accustomed to new surroundings and people. With patience to allow her to become part of a family at her own pace and in her own time, she is very much a people person, where gentle hands meet gentle paws. She loves to be loved on, and she is happy to stay close to her person at all times. Other young, very energetic animals are a little overwhelming for Lady, but she lives in a home with an 8 year old Pitbull that is equally laid back and they get along great together.

　　She came into our rescue with a few health issues that needed to be addressed, none of her fault. With much love and patience, she is on the mend from these issues. Due to allergies, she gets weekly bathes, eats a special diet, and receives a low dose of meds to keep her skin and allergies in check and her ears need regular attention to keep the infection in check. She does require a little extra time, attention, patience and love, but she will make every day worth it. If you are looking for a sweet, calm companion that is happy just being close to you and being the recipient of your love and attention, Lady is the girl for you. 　　Lady is crate trained, hw negative, microchipped, wormed and up to date on vaccines and hw and flea preventions.
