　　Syd is a 7-year-old male Lab/Hound mix who has already been neutered. He is black with white markings and a very handsome fellow. Syd weighs 40 pounds so he is only a medium sized dog. He has quickly become a favorite with everyone at the shelter. Syd is well behaved, calm, quiet, and such a gentle dog. This friendly boy never meets a stranger--he loves everyone--children, dogs, staff, volunteers--you name it--Syd loves them! He loves to play outside in our fenced yard and he enjoys the company of other dogs. Our southern gentleman, Syd, is just such an awesome dog who has so much potential to be the best family dog ever!

　　Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. Kittens (under the age of 6 months) may be adopted for $80. Cats over the age of 6 months may be adopted for $50. Adoption fees may vary due to availability. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), 30 days of insurance (as requirements met), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.
