　　Meet Lexie!!! This 10 years young lady was on her last moments at the OC Animal Shelter. She was surrendered by her owners and extremely depressed. All she would do is lay on her bed, treats, claps, soft voice meant nothing, she was shutdown and done. The shelter staff gave up on her, but we kept seeing her pleas and just couldn't let her go. She deserved more... When an offer to foster happened we sprung into action. Lexie was evaluated yesterd ay at noon and was out of the shelter by 12:05! Nothing like a little compassion and Polo Loco to warm a girls heart! Today Lexie is comfortable in her foster home with 3 other dogs and the transformation is amazing. Fostering helps change the lives of those that need it the most and help us save more. Please consider helping us help more deserving dogs like Lexie who were abandoned by the people she loved left with a system that didn't care. We cared and that is what counts!
