　　Dieshka is the Pomo word for love. She came from a reservation up north when her family realized they did not have the resources to care for her properly. Dieshka spent much of her life tethered outside and was not exposed to the world and can find it very exciting at times. She will need a patient experienced owner willing to slowly expose her to new people, places and things and provide her with the early training she has missed out on. Dieshka has lived with kids before and children 12 and up are appropriate. Dieshka has lived with other dogs and a well matched second dog is a possibility. Although it is reported that she lived with cats, her reaction to small animals leads us to believe she may be too focused on chasing. Dieshka is an energetic girl and will need training, exercise and mental stimulation to reach her full potential.
