Vintage LA Benge Claude Gordon trumpet.  Serial number suggests it's from 1981. This is an excellent horn and was used professionally for some time. Everything is functional on this trumpet. The condition is very good, especially for a CG Benge.  Due to the extra lightweight material,  they are usually pretty beat up. This one is not. The bell is in great shape. Currently has a small ding on the outside of the bell. Has signs of light repair in the bell tail ( never seen a CG without that), but it is well done and doesn't affect playability.  The receiver has the marks (crease) from the mouthpiece insertions common to older Benge horns, especially the extra thin material used. The leadpipe is also very good. Inside is clean.  The outside has a tiny spot or two of silver bubbles.  I tried to show everything in the photos and describe this horn with as much detail and disclosure as possible. I am overly critical. This is an excellent horn in great shape and plays like a CG should with a 468 large bore and  464 bell choke.  The case is in very good condition.
