Runs well, needs tune-up. Excellent for someone who wants to live off the grid. Needs interior remodel. Fairly new propane range never used. Bathroom/shower. Roof sealed last year and new insulation panels placed inside. Back bench rebuilt with wood. (old cushion bench taken out) Old pink carpet removed. I had planned to gut the interior, but life got in the way and I never got to it. Around 40k actual miles. Can be registered as a classic vehicle. Automatic transmission. Does not have an a/c unit. We had to remove the old one. Great tread on all 6 tires. Engine and transmission no leaks. We have taken it to the Smokies and to Bristol many times. Great fixer-upper. Has been sitting for a season but we crank it up often and drive to Sam's. Has trailer hitch, great for hauling toys or taking hunting. $2300 o.b.o.
