　　I purchase a brand new ASUS Q550LF-BB17T07 Laptop before I took possession of it, I had these chips removed and higher capacity chips put in their place. I am not a dealer or re-seller, just a private individual trying to get some of my money back.

　　Here's is a direct quote from Kingston's Technical Support Department "These parts are not Kingston retail parts. These are parts made by us for ASUS. Any warranty for these parts would be provided by ASUS, not Kingston. In most cases, they will not be covered under any warranty except with the system they came with." Therefore, I cannot in anyway warrant either of these parts, sorry.

　　Please make sure that you know for sure that these Memory Chips will fit the application you are buying them for. I cannot give any refunds once purchased.
