It is very plush and nice (high end) We purchased this in July, 2011 the retail was $2,800.00. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION, used in guest room 3 times! (TO BIG FOR GUEST ROOM, thats why we are selling). It always had a new mattress pad. Looks brand new! Comes from a smoke free home and a VERY CLEAN HOME!
