Hello, big dog fans! I'm Kia, and I'm looking for a big-dog-savvy family of my very own. I'm a 2 1/2 year-old female Great Dane, "merlequin" in color - that sorta means I have a one-of-a-kind pattern to me, and that's fitting, as I think I'm a one-of-a-kind girl! I am house-trained, leash-trained, and I understand the "sit," "down," and "come" commands. I'm trustworthy with free roam, and I haven't been allowed on furniture in the past. Car rides are aces in my book, so I'd love to cruise around town with you. My former owners didn't really understand the breed, nor did they understand that I need very slow, very proper introductions to other dogs. I could use some confidence and training to assure me that other dogs aren't threatening, and I am doing great with the other dogs in my foster home.
