I am getting ready to move and cannot take this great piano with me. It is a Kawai Baby Grand Piano. It is in good shape, and all keys are in good condition.

　　The appraisal valued this at $8000. I am no expert, but I have no reason to believe this is anything but a really nice piano in good condition based on the feedback I have received.

　　As with any piano, it will need a tuning after is moved to your home and acclimates to the environment (two weeks).

　　It is a model GE-1

　　I hate to see it go, but I don't have much of a choice.
