My story
Kash checking in from my stay. I am struggling with shelter life, the hustle and bustle isn’t bringing out the best in me. You’ll often see me pacing and barking, which isn’t my true self. The nice Vet here started me on anxiety meds and I do appreciate the help. Once I’ve decompressed I promise I’ll try my hardest to be the best boy ever. Won’t you give me a chance? Please don’t say no to my cute sad puppy eyes ??*UPDATE* One of our volunteers took him on a #NACCpackadventure and this is what they have to say: Kash and I went on a walk at the lake and he was so great! He enjoyed riding in the car, had good car manners, and I could tell it helped him decompress from the shelter environment. Once we started walking he didn’t pull at all and listened well. He’s an anxious boy but with some reassurance he quickly got more confident and started leading the walk. He was shy around the strangers on the trail, but he was perfectly fine with me. A little bit of time in a peaceful environment showed how sweet and gentle Kash is when he is comfortable! *Kash is available for adoption, come by today to take him home!*
