Kasan's story

　　I wish I could put several of her videos on here because this beautiful charming girl has such a big and fun personality, but the site only allows one video to post. If you email us we can send you more.

　　Her story: Kasan had somehow become part of an outdoor feral colony. We assume she had become either lost or left behind by someone and in search of food she found the group of cats. The woman feeding the colony assumed she was feral. Two years later when the woman had to move to a nursing home facility she thought the only choice for Kasan would be to go to a sanctuary for feral cats. She asked for our help. When Kasan was trapped using a humane trap and taken to the vet though it became very clear that she desperately wanted human interaction. She was shy but responded positively right away to touch. Poor girl had gone so long without any affection.

　　After that b/c no one was prepared for her to be friendly and we had no fosters she spent months boarded in a cage at the vet. Thankfully the timing became right with an incredibly kind supporter of ours and he was able to take Kasan in as a foster. That is who she is speaking to in the video.
