My story

　　09/17/23 This sweet little ball of energy is Karma! Karma's previous owner was not able to give her the outlet she needs for her energy. If you are not familiar with german shepherds, we highly recommend doing research on the breed prior to adopting. Karma is a young dog of a very intelligent and driven breed. She would do best in a home that can provide her with physical and mental stimulation. German shepherds can be anxious and vocal dogs, so please be prepared to help Karma with these behaviors. She would benefit greatly from a basic obedience class with a certified trainer. She might even love graduating into agility or rally courses! She knows some basic commands already, such as sit, wait and lay down. Karma does not have any experience with kids or small critters, but she was said to be friendly with other dogs and every adult human she has met, including strangers. Karma does need to learn not to jump on people, but she was said to be kennel trained and housebroken and to ride well in the car! Karma was described as being loyal and cuddly, and she loves having chew toys readily available to her! She is a very outgoing, affectionate girl who was said to be gentle when playing.
