Kaleb's story
Kaleb is a 7 week old Terrier pup who will be ready for adoption in one week (after January 22nd).
Kaleb, along with his seven siblings an mom were dumped at a high kill shelter in Texas. A story we hear way too often. We were lucky to find a foster here in CO who was willing to care for and love the whole family they were old enough and vetted to find their forever homes. It has now come to that time and Kaleb and his siblings are almost ready for their forever homes.
We were told that Kaleb dad was a dachshund mix, but we never actually saw him so we cannot confirm that. Momma is a 10-15lbs adorable scruffy terrier. We believe she has some poodle in her, so the pups most likely have some poodle in them as well. Either way, they are many different breeds and could not be any cuter. They will be between 10-20(ish) lbs when full grown.
Kaleb and his siblings have been fostered on a farm where they have been very well socialized with people and other animals. They are wonderful, super sweet pups who are headed in the right direction. As long as their socialization and training continues they will be absolutely amazing dogs. They have the typical puppy personality. Play hard sleep harder, snuggle even harder. Any family who ends up with one of these pups will be incredibly lucky.
