Juju has been in foster care for quite some time. When he was originally rescued in 201, he had been living in a rabbit hutch and came to RMCR in a deplorable condition. Since then Juju has had a tough time with skin issues and allergies and had developed thinning hair with hair loss. Allergy treatment, skin management, and a controlled diet will be a part of his life moving forward. He has now grown in a beautiful coat of hair. However, he is developing dementia which causes him to get confused as to where he is and if he should come into the house or another room when called. He will howl or try to get away when confused. Juju enjoys his days being independent and eating good food, taking car rides and going on walks. He is living in a foster home with companion animals and loving humans and IS PART OF OUR COMPASSIONATE CARE PROGRAM.
Our dogs are temporarily housed in pre-screened, loving foster homes while waiting their new forever home. They are also micro-chipped, groomed (if needed), and given a thorough professional veterinary exam to identify any health issues or potential issues.
