Joanne was turned in to the shelter by her owner. She is a precious, but rather pitiful little girl who is very frightened and intimidated by the noise and activity of the shelter and by all of the unfamiliar people who are constantly coming and going. Joanne is a very pretty, solid black little feist/terrier mix who is in immediate need of a new loving, forever home with a family that will understand her fears and give her all of the love and reassurance that she needs.
