My story

　　Sweet Jinxy was dumped on the side of the road with her 5 kittens.

　　This sweet mama nursed those babies and took such good care of them despite being abandoned and without food.She was barely 5 lbs when found by a passerby and she was so malnourished and skinny that you could feel every bone in her back and hips.

　　But this brave mommy nursed her babies despite starving and her

　　kittens were healthy and well cared for when she was found. Since being fostered she has out on over 2 lbs!

　　She and is so sweet and quiet.

　　Since her kittens went to new homes(all 5 got adopted) she is coming out of her shell and actively looking for affection and play.

　　She didn't play with toys at all until her babies went back to shelter for adoption..

　　now it is a joy to watch this sweet mamma find out what it is like to play and bounce.

　　She is a lover but is not a lap kitty, prefering to sit on the back of your chair in arms reach for pets.

　　She has done well with our dogs so a home with cat tolerant dogs would be good.

　　She is not overly fond of other cats so she would be better suited to be in a one cat home but would probably be OK with a home with one other cat if introduced carefully.

　　She is also great with kids.

　　She likes a large open litter box.

　　I would recommend using shallow underbed storage containers for her box or at least the largest uncovered box you can find.

　　She prefers sandy grey litter and does not like the pine, wheat, corn or crystal litters.

　　She likes a very clean litter box so if you

　　don't like to clean daily I would recommend

　　you look at other kitties at shelter for adoption.

　　She has had some potty accidents but as her health improves she has gotten much better about accident.

　　She does continue to have occasional pee accidents.

　　I think having a large litter box would help alot with the problem as well as access

　　to several boxes that are cleaned daily.

　　Please give sweet Jinxy a chance.

　　She is the best kitty and will steal your heart if you give her a chance.
