My story
Well hello there, the name is Jinx!I came to Valley Animal Center in the middle of January 2022 as an owner surrender. You might've noticed my missing back leg. I'm a little self-conscious about it so please don't make fun of it. I lost my leg due to a mean dog attack. I'm recovered now but I don't want to go to a home with a dog. I am only about a year and a half old so I am still a baby, but I hang with the seniors in the senior room because I want a calmer environment. My ideal home would be dog free and maybe one with older children who will know how to respect my boundaries. If you have young ones in the house, we won't be the best fit.I know I'm cute, but it's important to me to find the purrfect home because when get too stressed, I will start attacking myself. I haven't done that since arriving here because I know this is a safe place for me. If your home will be a safe place for me, then I'd love to be with you.If you are the furever home I'm searching for, come visit me at Valley Animal Center's cat adoption center. They're open seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To get a head start on the adoption process, you can also fill out the online pre-adoption application! After you fill it out, a cat care associate will contact you shortly. The form is found here: https://valleyanimal.org/cat-adoption-application/I hope to see you soon!
