Jinx's story

" Jinx " just walked into out office and made himself at home. What a lover boy! If you like a cat to nuzzle his head into you, this might be your future kitty! He is happy in your lap or on your desk helping you with paperwork. When we took him to the vet for shots, he did test positive for FIV. That stands for feline immunodeficiency virus - basically it just means that the immune system is a little weaker than the average kitty. FIV is only contagious through deep bite wounds (and Jinx is too friendly to do that), so he can safely live with other cats as long as they all get along (and he loves everyone!). He deserves the same amount of love as any old FIV negative kitty. His foster parents have six kitties at home so we need to find this lover a new home as soon as possible. He is around one year old and still very playful with kitten energy! His foster parents have helped adopt close to 18 cats and Jinx may be among the friendliest of them all.
