Jindo - Loves - Medium - Young - Female - Dog

　　Update Nov. 2012: LOVES is enjoying her foster home! LOVES gets along great with her foster Mom?s other dogs and loves to chase squirrels in the back yard and sun bathe. She enjoys her trips to the park and walks well on the leash with a harness without pulling. LOVES has overcome her fear of cars and now jumps in the car with no problems and is a good rider. She has adjusted well to the home environment and does not need to be kenneled. LOVES sleeps fine in ?her chair? or on the floor at night and is 100% housetrained. She is very loving once she gets to know you, loves to get kisses and will sometimes even jump in your lap. She does need a secure and tall fence or to be leash walked and would do well in a home or apartment. Sweet LOVES was left behind to fend for herself after her owners moved away. For about two years she lived on her own but remained near her past home. After a lot of patience and hot dogs an ARF volunteer was finally able to come to her aid and rescue her. She was very scared and very shy when she arrived at ARF. With patience, time and love she is quickly learning to trust people again. LOVES has a gentle and sweet nature and is a pure joy to be around. LOVES now has a new happy dance she does when she sees someone she knows (please see video)! She enjoys being around other dogs and loves to lounge on the sofa on a hot summer day! LOVES is cat friendly since she is afraid of them. Because of her past, she is also scared of young kids. LOVES hasn?t had any accidents in her ARF home and is probably house trained. She is also kennel trained and doggie door trained. LOVES can climb a 4 foot chain link fence so she would be best in a home with either a high fence or to be inside only with leash walks. She walks great on a leash and does not need a harness. She had made amazing progress over the last few moths! LOVES has had an amazing, long journey and is so very grateful to be in a safe and cozy environment. 　　LOVES is a beautiful female Jindo / Chow Chow mix and is approximately 3 years old (Apr. 2012). She is a medium size dog and weighs about 38 pounds.
