---Jeppesen FS200-AC Flight Simulator, It is complete with: Precision Flight Control Yoke, Precision Flight Controls Rudder Pedals with Brakes (all metal), Jeppesen Advanced Control Console, Jeppesen Pilots Operating Handbook, Instructor Support Materials--two manuals with approach plates(not for real aircraft navigation), Dedicated Packard Bell Computer(New Power Supply--last week) that runs sim, Jeppesen Flight Pro V5.1 Software installed and all discs included, Dell 19" Color Monitor, and Altec Lansing three piece speaker system. It simulates three aircraft panel types: 1. Beech Bonanza HSI 2. Beech Bonanza non-HSI equipped and 3. Cessna 172.
**This package is approx. ten years old and has seen roughly 300hours of total use---this simulator belonged to a flight club that shut it's doors about four years ago---It has been well maintained and only used with instructor supervision---It was a FAA approved PCATD legal for logging of flight time---I am not sure of current FAA regs as to what qualifies a sim at present for logging of flight time or currency requirements so buyer needs to check with local FSDO for their intended use---what I do know is the sim runs very well and stable and this same equipment is still used at top flight schools worldwide---this is a very nice tool for efficient IFR training as it can be paused at any time to stop and explain a scenario and make sure the student actually understands what is happening or what is about to happen---a tool like this would have saved me hours of real airplane practice time to get it right(way back when...lol)---anyway the sim is ready to go and needs a new home as I have no use for it----don't get me wrong it is fun to fly, but would be better put to use at a professional flight school or IFR training facility. Sim is being sold as is/where is---it operates perfect as of today!
*** The total package was $3500+ new
**** I am asking $1699 -- first cash buyer takes it!
