Jenny's story
Our Jenny is a little wisp of a thing (35 lbs.) with three legs and a fearless heart. Even though she came to DLRR from the streets of Mexico, she has the sweetest gentlest nature. She recently recovered from surgery to remove a severely deformed front leg and some pretty bad teeth, but she is feeling good now and ready to find her forever people. She has no problems bopping around the house and yard and likes to go on short walks. She has some trouble with stairs so would do best in a single-story home with plenty of rugs to help her maneuver. She loves to be around people and will soak up all the ear and tummy rubs you can provide. She is a perfect little lady in the house, quiet and undemanding, crate-trained, and housetrained, and also a good watch dog with a surprisingly big bark. We think Jenny would like the only pet in a quiet home, where she can dote on her people.
