　　Jeffrey is as refined as his name.

　　He will appreciate a guardian who will allow him to move at his own pace.

　　He would likely thrive in a quiet home where he can settle in and feel safe. His previous family reported that he is stressed by dogs and can be choosy about his cat friends, but people and their affection are the cat's meow.

　　Jeffrey will only be rehomed to a family with children aged 5 and older.
