　　Brief BioJeffrey was rescued with his `sister from another mister (probably)`, Astrid. The two were found together, rescued together, fostered together, and should be adopted together. They are BFFs. Summary of PersonalityJeffrey is happy, sweet, and affectionate, although he can be skittish at first in new environments . But one thing he can`t resist is a wand toy, and his foster mom can provide one he enjoys. He loves belly rubs, head scritches, and his wand toy.
